CONCRETE REPAIR 800
CONCRETE AND FAIR-FACED CONCRETE REPAIR MORTAR
Coarse Repair Mortar
Concrete Repair 800 is a professional product used as a coarse repair mortar for concrete and fair-faced concrete surfaces. It reliably repairs surface imperfections, segregations, and areas with significant surface loss.
This mortar is highly effective in applications requiring structural strengthening, such as steel reinforcement protection, and deep crack repairs on concrete and fair-faced concrete surfaces. Furthermore, being water-resistant and highly resistant to temperature fluctuations (especially freeze-thaw cycles), it can be used safely in outdoor and harsh weather conditions.
HIGHLIGHTED FEATURES
- Concrete Repair 800 ensures fast and strong repair of concrete and fair-faced concrete surfaces thanks to its fiber-reinforced, polymer-modified structure.
- Provides excellent bonding on concrete surfaces with high adhesion strength.
- Protects against corrosion and prevents agents that damage steel reinforcement.
- Cures rapidly, saving valuable time on job sites and projects.
- Highly resistant to temperature fluctuations and frost, offering high durability in outdoor applications.

Concrete Repair 800 - Fiber Reinforced Concrete Repair Mortar
Concrete Repair 800 is a special polymer-reinforced, fiber-reinforced mortar used for the repair of concrete and exposed concrete surfaces. It provides corrosion protection and repairs defects such as deep surface loss and segregation. Able to perform repairs up to 30 mm deep, this product creates a strong bond bridge to concrete surfaces with its high adhesion strength.
Why Concrete Repair 800?
- Protection Against Corrosion: Thanks to fiber and polymer reinforcement, it protects concrete surfaces against corrosion and provides long-term durability.
- High Adhesion Strength: It bonds strongly with concrete and provides reliable and permanent repairs.
- Deep Repairs: Can be successfully applied in layers between 5 mm and 30 mm.
- Fast and Easy Application: It is easy to mix and apply, quickly providing efficiency in your work.
Areas of Use
-Concrete and Exposed Concrete Surfaces: It offers an excellent solution for repairing deep defects, segregations and surface losses on concrete surfaces.
-Corrosion Protection: It can be used to provide protection against corrosion on concrete surfaces.
-Providing Adhesion: Used to create bond bridges and prepare surfaces.
Advantages
-Corrosion and Frost Resistance: It has high resistance to temperature changes and freeze-thaw effects.
-Fiber Reinforcement: The structure strengthened with fiber reinforcement is resistant to impacts and overloads.
-High Adhesion: Provides long-lasting and durable repairs by bonding strongly to concrete surfaces.
-Application Suitable for Absorbency: Depending on the absorbency of the concrete, application can be successfully carried out in cases where the surface needs to be wetted beforehand.
How to Apply?
1- Surface Preparation: Dust, oil, dirt, and loose parts of the surface should be cleaned, and any unstable areas should be removed. Cement residue and other foreign matter on the concrete surface should also be removed.
2- Mixing Preparation: Add the required amount of water to Concrete Repair 800. Mix with a mixer or a low-speed mixer for approximately 5 minutes to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Mixing by hand will not yield accurate results.
3- Application: Once the mixture is homogeneous, wait 2-3 minutes and apply immediately. You can add water, depending on the temperature, until the desired consistency is reached.
Mixing Ratio: 3.75 - 4.00 liters of water are required for 25 kg of Concrete Repair 800.
4- Gradual Application for Deep Repairs: In areas where deep repair is required, filling should be done gradually between 5 mm and 30 mm.
Concrete Repair 800 provides superior corrosion protection while providing strong, long-lasting repairs to your concrete surfaces. It's a durable repair solution you can safely use both indoors and outdoors.
